How can the Hotels at the resort locations listed on the Vacation Certificates afford to give away Free Hotel Rooms. Aren't they losing money?
There is one main reason the travel agencies and Resort Hotels participate in this "Free Hotel Room" Certificate program. They are willing to give the rooms away "Free" to get people to come and see what they have to offer. They are expecting to make money "In The Future" when people decide to come for a return visit. Once people have a great experience at a Vacation spot, they usually return many times. It's the same as a company sending you a "Free Sample" of their "New Product" in the mail. They want you to try it for FREE, hoping you'll like it, buy it in the future or tell your friends. After all, the travel industry understand and appreciates very much the "word to mouth advertising". It is a "win-win" deal for everybody!!!
What type of Accomodations will my customers receive?
The Hotels used for our Vacation Certificate Program are all three and four star hotels such as DoubleTree, Holiday Inn, Ramada, Marriott, Sheraton, Clarion, Hilton, Hampton Inn, and other well-known franchises. In Las Vegas we work with Major Casino Hotels, like Tropicana Hotel & Casino, Harrah's Imperial Hotel & Casino, Riviera Hotel & Casino, Four Queens Hotel & casino, etc. We use many hotels at each destination so your customers will, in most cases, get the vacation on the dates they requested. On the average, if someone uses one of our Vacation Certificates, they will receive accommodations that normally sell berween $200 and $400. The money they save on their accommodations will go a long way to pay for their transportation and meals.
Can my customers redeem more than one 3 day 2 night vacation certificate?
Yes, they may visit several different cities within a 12 month period, but they cannot visit the same city twice, for free rooms, within a year.
Can they use 2 certificates back to back for 4 free nights?
No! they are not allowed to use two certificates back to back or in the same city within a 12 month period. If they want to extend their stay, they can book extra days at special discounted rates.
Are weekends & holiday weeks ever available?
Yes, by paying a surcharge depending on the city, the hotel and the holiday week someone wishes to travel.
Do they get to pick the hotel?
No! they get to pick the city and the travel dates. We guarantee that the accommodations will be first class. We have never received a complaint about the hotels since all bookings are done at quality hotels.
Are your Vacation Certificates just "Timeshare Vacations" by another name?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. No customer will ever be required to listen to any sales pitch, take a tour, or in any other way be required to consider buying anything to take advantage of the "Free Accommodations" offered on our Vacation Certificates.
Are there any hidden charges to get what is offered on the Vacation Certificate?
No. The only extra fees are $10.00 for shipping and handling of the reservation form, and the room taxes. Your clients will receive their reservation form in about a week once their certificate is checked. When they send in their reservation form with the requested dates of the vacation, they send in the room tax which varies from $9.00 to $12.00 per night. That’s it. No hidden charges.
What if they want to take a third or more persons with them?Or if they want to travel a certain date within the 60 days? Can they do that?
Yes. When they receive the reservation form in the mail they will have all of these options to choose from on the form. they can take advantage of any or all of them by paying a small surcharge. For example: If they want to bring more persons with them on vacation, the surcharge would be $10 per night per extra person.
Can they extend their stay?
Yes, all the certificates have instructions on how to book extra days at discounted prices.
Cruises
How can the cruise lines afford to make such offers? What's the "catch"?
There is no "catch". Like the Hotels and the Resort companies, the Cruise Lines understand well and value very much the "word to mouth" advertising. They take advantage the periods that they are not so busy to fill in their cruises using our promotion certificates, because they know it is the most dynamic and inexpensive way to advertise what they have to offer. At the same time you, our customers, have the opportunity to enjoy a luxury cruise for a tiny fraction of the real price. It is a Win-Win deal for everybody!!!
Which Cruise lines are you using?
We use Royal Carribean, Carnival, and Norwegian Cruise lines. All of them have a long history and reputation of providing high quality, relaxing and fun filled cruises.
What type of Accomodation will my customers receive while on boat?
Accomodations are an entry-level inside cabin. Upgrades to higher category inside, ocean view or balconies are available for an additional charge.
Are there any "hidden fees"?
Our relationship with our customers is based on honesty. That's why we make sure that our customers, know up front what would be their total cost: There is a $50 per couple non-refundable registration activation fee and $199 per person for port charges, government taxes and agency processing fee for the 3 night cruise offer; and $50 per couple non-refundable registration activation fee and $249 per person for port charges, government fees and agency processing fees for the 4 night cruise offer. Is there any Expiry Day in using the certificate?
