Even though the most of our certificates can  serve the purpose of a succesful employee incentive program, we recently  partnered with a  reputable 27 year old travel services company that specializes as a wholesaler for the Bahamas and Florida, to offer specifically designed discounted travel packages as an employee motivation tool.  This strategic partnership gives us the benefit of having access to and act as the Nort American reservation center for several first class hotels and resorts including the Island Palm and Island Seas Resort in Bahamas, and Radisson Worldgate Resort and Clarion Hotel in Orlando Florida.  

Our programs specialize in providing high quality, discounted vacation packages to the employees of small-medium or major organizations, members of labor groups, members of credit unions, etc. We work with large organizations all over the country to provide travel discounts; when we work with an organization, we first get their approval to make our programs available. There are several ways that we work with companies/organizations:

1. One of the advantages of this new concept is that the service can come totally free for your company. We provide the printed material (pamphlets-flyers, etc.) and the sponsoring organization helps us to distribute the vacation information (through newsletters, payroll, etc.) keeping our marketing costs down; we pass these savings on in the form of lower prices to their employees/members. By concentrating on a few destinations and working through organizations (which lowers our marketing cost), we are able to provide discounts that a retail travel agency simply cannot provide. It is a win-win situation for all parties involved:

For those companies which already offer some kind of bonus to their employees either in form of cash or vacation or in any other form, you can substitude your current bonus with one of our packages, or even offer the flexibility to your employees to choose between your current bonus and one of our vacation packages. We have set up a sensible, ethical format that allows proper planning and budgeting, and our format encourages travelers to plan ahead. The employees/members of your organization simply pay the deposit now (per couple or per room); this is deducted from the total, and guarantees the rate for a full year. Travel is good year round, with departures/check ins every day, and the balance is not paid until they set the travel date; this allows them to plan ahead and budget properly. Also, our packages can fit almost anyone’s vacation schedule, since it may be used year round, and there are no restrictions, or black out dates due to major holidays. We simply request a reasonable advance notice when setting travel dates (45 days is recommended). Please, note that our information discloses all taxes, and our price is set.
