Congratulations! You have ben given one of the finest awards ever made available by our company. There are a few Terms and Conditions which are very important to you and the processing of your reservation.
1.This promotional package is valid for two adults, twenty-one (21) years or older and entitles the bearer to four (4) days & three (3) nights resort accommodations at Starfish Resort in Jamaica, an all-inclusive resort, including all meals, beverages (including alcohol) entertainment and non-motorized water sports.
2.Resort accommodations are available year round, subject to availability and a minimum 6o-day advance notice. All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only. Reservation requests made less than 60 days in advance of arrival may be accepted, on a space available basis, but are subject to a $25.00 per person surcharge. Paragon Incentives makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected. Paragon Incentives its, affiliates, and suppliers are not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, Government regulations, or acts of God. Do not leave for your vacation until you receive written confirmation.
3.A $169 per person processing fee for a total double occupancy payment of $338 must be made payable and included with your Reservation Request. January - August reservations require a $49 per person seasonal surcharge. Please add this to your total. Additional travelers and longer stays are available and may be added when confirming your reservation. Upgrades to other SuperClubs resorts are also available.
4.Transportation, transfers, hotel taxes, gratuities, and other non-accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the travelers. Do not make travel arrangements before you receive confirmation of your reservations.
5.Bring your passport! Jamaica is a foreign country and requires proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. NO EXCEPTIONS! Proof of identification is subject to Governmental changes and is the responsibility of the passengers traveling to verify current proof of identification required with the proper Governmental authorities prior to travel.
6.This vacation incentive package is fully transferable and all travel must be completed by the stated expiration date on this voucher. This vacation package is for promotional purposes, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or promoted to consumers as a retail package, cannot be reproduced, and is void if altered in any way and for residents of states where prohibited by law. This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other MFT promotional vacation offer, must be distributed to consumers as an incentive program. Group Travel, which is considered two or more certificates or families traveling together on the same itinerary dates will be allowed for a surcharge.
7.Once a reservation is confirmed, schedule change requests, subject to availability, received more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 service fee. A change request received with less than 14 days written notice (via certified mail, return receipt requested), if available, will cost you all of the extra charges we incur for accommodations (if any) with a minimum charge of $50. All reservations must be confirmed and/or changed through us.
8.Paragon Incentives, its Affiliates, agents, and/or suppliers are not responsible for any statements, oral or written, not contained in this package and expressly disclaim all responsibility for loss, damages, injury, or delay to property or persons due to any causes occurring in relation to a vacation package or otherwise. All participants waive any liability claim against Paragon Incentives: its affiliates, agents, and I or suppliers for consequential damages of any kind. No implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular use, or any other type is made. All tickets, coupons, vouchers and certificates are subject in all respects to the foregoing and to all conditions under which any transportation or other services are provided. Terms, conditions and reservations or processing fees are subject to change without notice. Damages, if any, are hereby expressly limited to the amounts paid to us by customer.
